Q: Can you make customized tent? and how about tent samples？
A: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are available, we can customize any tent according to your requirements and habits, we have a professional team of engineers to design the drawings and plans for our customers, if you are not sure about our materials and stuffs, we are happy to provide you with samples of our materials for our customers to do the test at local!
Q: Do you provide installation guidance?
A: Yes, trial assembly is arranged before loading to secure the quality. English instruction manual and video will be provided by us after goods loading. If requested, assembles supervisor is also available from SUPERB TENT.
Q: How long can I receive the tent once it’s ordered?
A: In general, the whole shipping time may require 3-4 weeks to most countries. Custom made tent structures will need more time for production. For the specific delivery time, please feel free to consult with our sales team.
